Cancellations, Returns and Refunds


Cancellations on orders will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is roasted, whichever comes first.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Product can be returned only if issue is notified within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The product will be checked by the team on return and action will be taken accordingly.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note that only partial refund will be issued after deduction of courier and RTO charges. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
